Mercedes Benz has expanded its AMG range of automobile in India, with the launch of AMG CLA 45 and GLA 45. The base price of CLA 45 is ₹ 75.20 lakh and GLA 45 is ₹ 77.85 lakh respectively (ex-showroom, pan-India). Both the cars in AMG range has Aero addition, CLA Aero Edition price ₹ 77.69 lakh and GLA Aero Edition price ₹ 80.67 lakh (ex-showroom pan India).
AMG CLA 45 and GLA 45 comes with 2-litre Bi-Turbo petrol engine, AMG Speedshift DCT 7-Speed sports transmission, a power of 375 bhp and a peak torque of 475 Nm. The engine of both the cars is supported by the 4Matic all-wheel-drive system. Mercedes GLA 45 and CLA 45 can go from 0-100 in 4.4 seconds and 4.2 seconds.
The exterior of both are almost similar, they are mated with 19-inch alloy wheels. the GLA 45 gets single 9-spoke wheels and the CLA 45 gets twin 9-spoke design.
In interior, the lively seats wrap you pleasantly and the controlling and centre console is intended to be driver-situated for the comfortable driving position. The cabin accompanies regular AMG-style inside with an all-dark design and red contract lines and sewing along the dashboard. Multi-useful steering comes wrapped in black leather with the red sewing.
