    Job Description :

    • Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
    • Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
    • Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
    • Schedule future maintenance session
    • Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
    • Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
    • Keep logs of work and issues
    • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

    Requirements :

    • Proven experience as auto mechanic
    • Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
    • Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
    • Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
    • Excellent physical condition
    • Education/Certification:- ITI/Graduation/Diploma
    • Experience - 5+ Years
    Manager - IT Support

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment
    • Conduct technology training for new users
    • To Enhance the system Productivity always conduct briefings and demonstrations of new applications
    • Laptop, MAC pc’s, Troubleshoot and resolve firewall, Desktop, hardware, connection, printer and software issues
    • Update network applications as required
    • Maintain daily tape backup and off-site tape storage
    • Regular monitors and the checking of server performance on Daily basis
    • Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software from the Devices
    • Daily monitoring of the networks
    • Monitors the backups in remote sites
    • Administration of work and ticket queues in our call tracking system
    • Provide trainings to Staff for the Devices.
    • On call 24/7 – To provide Support to the corporate mobile device(s)
    • Administration of all networks, servers and storage infrastructure to Build, test, implement, operate, patch, monitor, backup, update and secure
    • Hardware / Software configuration of Servers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls and storage system
    • Help the Company in the selection of network infrastructure when required
    • Administer, order and maintain spare parts for the systems
    • Maintains vendor relationships or Documentation of systems and environment
    • Maximize corporate network services uptime by maintaining the corporate network, server, and storage infrastructure
    • Maintain and manage VPNs and routers
    • Troubleshoot Management of personal queries
    • Provide Mobile device support to all BBT staff
    • Maintain all the devices and do regular check of the personal devices of the Management
    • Monitor and Maintain the CCTV cameras of the STUDIO and SHOWROOM
    • Handle the EPBX (DESK Phones)
    • Handle the issues related to the PRI Line
    • Responsible for the Internet and Wi-Fi Connectivity for the both BBT Offices
    • Responsible for Management House Internet, Wi-Fi and EPBX systems
    • Responsible for all the IT Infrastructure of Big Boy Toyz Pvt Ltd.
    Manager - Accounts / Sr. Manager - Accounts

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the books of accounts in Tally ERP 9.1, with the help of junior accountants.

    • Monitor petty cash, vouchers, expense reports, bank reconciliation, and all other finance related matter.

    • Ensure that payroll for employees is processed on time and hassle free.

    • Prepare and process Cheques after complete verification.

    • Monitor accounts payable & receivable transactions.

    • Maintain over-due receivable accounts and monitor rigorous follow ups for the same.

    • Prepare data and reports as required for finalization of accounts.

    • Taxation & Compliance: Ensuring compliance of full statutory taxation requirements.

    • Independent handling and filing VAT return ,Service tax return, Central Excise return, TDS payment, EPF, ESI , Professional Tax, Labour department on monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly.

    • Maintaining books of records for the same.

    • Strong FP&A experience and desired accounts specializations.

    • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills ,Good people management skills.

    • An ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

    • Quick learning capabilities supported by strong analytical skills.

    Desired work experience (in complete years)

    • M.Com with 5+ years of Work Exp with exp in Mfg / services / any other Industry.
