    Key Responsibilities:

    • Head -Brand  is responsible for the strategic management of the assigned brands (Automobile Luxury Cars) in order to achieve the business targets including awareness, volume, spend and penetration.

    • Brand Strategy/planning for the entire range of Automobile & Auto Luxury Cars & Its products.

    • To develop and build the overall positioning strategies and to sustain the same through various marketing tools.

    • Planning/Organizing/Implementing overall 360 degree Communication Strategy for the Brand.
    • Coordinating with agencies to develop and execute the product Campaigns.
    • Planning marketing budgets and meeting these budgets without compromising the impact of the communication.
    • Strategizing future growth for the company both in terms of sales and visibility.
    • Planning various Promotions & Events - Launches/Expos/On-ground events etc.
    • Researching product offerings and competition by analyzing the market research data (the current and past industry trends, consumer behavior and requirements, market competitiveness of products etc.)
    • Interacting closely with the sales team to analyze the challenges faced by the product in the market and form solutions to address these challenges.
    • Working on Market Research tools to understand the brand health on a regular basis.
    • Managing Business Development/product launches.
    • Preparing SOPs/Manuals for Marketing Division.
    • Managing Digital Marketing - relevant forums like Facebook, YouTube, blogs etc.

    Required Skills

    • Candidate must be a MBA –Marketing and Communications (Reputed Management School) +10 min exp. in heading the Branding teams / Head Brands.
    • Must have handled the Brand Budget of more than 50 CRS with MNC organization / automobile Industry Expert / fast paced
    • 10 + years of Auto / Media / Marketing / auto ancillary experience.

    Chief Accounts Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the books of accounts in Tally ERP 9.1, with the help of junior accountants
    • Monitor petty cash, vouchers, expense reports, bank reconciliation, and all other finance related matter
    • Ensure that payroll for employees is processed on time and hassle free
    • Prepare and process cheques after complete verification
    • Monitor accounts payable & receivable transactions
    • Maintain over-due receivable accounts and monitor rigorous follow ups for the same
    • Prepare data and reports as required for finalization of accounts
    • Taxation & Compliance:
      Ensuring compliance of full statutory taxation requirements
    • Independent handling and filing VAT return ,Service tax return, Central Excise return, TDS
      payment, EPF, ESI , Professional Tax, Labour department on monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly.
    • Maintaining books of records for the same

    Required Skills

    • Qualified CA with 10+ Work Exp
    • Minimum: 8+ YEARS Post CA Exp in Automobile / CARS / Exotic Cars Industry.
    • Maximum: 10-12 + years

    Inventory Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
    • Any Shipping items cancelled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
    • Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
    • Ensures warehouse inventory is organized and stored in an orderly, accessible and safe manner.
    • Assigns, monitors, coordinates and participates in the shipping and receiving work of Storekeepers.
    • Trains and advises warehouse employees in materials handling procedures and in the operation of equipment used
    • Contacts suppliers regarding shortages and condition of materials and equipment received.
    • Arranges for repairs of a variety of tools and equipment.
    • Maintain materiel inward & outward records in physical register, Excel & Tally.
    • Use LIFO & FIFO Systems in material handling.

    Required Skills

    • Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA in Logistic & supply chain is preferred.
    • Previous experience in transportation or logistics (international or domestic) at least 5- 6 years
    • Proficient in standard business office software
    • Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

    Logistics Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse or store maintenance , transportation and customer services

    • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

    • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

    • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

    •  Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments of the product

    •  Resolve any arising problems or complaints

    •  Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

    •  Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

    •  Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

    •  Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements if any

    •  Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service requests etc.

    •  Supervise the work of logistics associates, planners, or schedulers.

    •  Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.

    Required Skills

    Sales Professional

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve all sales objectives by maximising opportunities with every customer whether from within the showroom, on the vehicle display events, from Lead management systems, on the telephone & On-Line, including from internal & external sources.
    • Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with Company colleagues, customers, suppliers and external representatives, where appropriate.
    • Engage with all customers and visitors promptly, professionally and courteously, at all times. Follow Company policies and reporting procedures when faced with a customer complaint.
    • Promote F&I packages to each customer or provide a professional referral to the Business Manager or Sales Manager for full consultation, as applicable, adhering strictly to all guidelines and regulations.
    • Support and assist the Line Manager in achieving the Department, Dealership and Company objectives.
    • Contribute fully to Company initiatives, projects and processes, and support positively the aims and ambitions of the Company.

    Required Skills

    • MBA – Sales & Marketing preferred.

    Female Sales Managers / Sr. Sales Managers

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieving the sales targets set by the management and making sure the revenue for each month is achieved.
    • Attending the showroom and corporate client walk-ins as per the sales process (Queries allocations by CRM / Front office Coordinator).
    • Reviewing one’s own performance and being highly motivated to excel.
    • Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow up calls.
    • Listening to the customer requirements and presenting an appropriate and customised sales plan to them.
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails.
