Lexus ES 300h Luxury is the flagship offering under Lexus ES 300h range of luxury sedans by Lexus India. It features a hybrid powertrain and comes as a combination of a Petrol engine and Nickel-Metal Hydride battery packs which enables this luxury sedan to not only run cleaner but it also provides best-in class fuel efficiency of 22.58kmpl as per ARAI. The petrol engine is a 2492cc naturally aspirated Petrol engine punching out 178PS / 176BHP of max power at 5700 RPM and 210NM max torque from 3600 rpm to 5200 rpm. Power is sent to rear wheels only where battery pack compliments to give combined maximum power of 218PS / 216BHP. 6-Step CVT Automatic transmission gives a 0-100kpmh acceleration run in 8.5sec and flat out it will do an electronically limited top speed of 180kmph. Lexus ES 300h Luxury comes with a pair of redesigned 3-Eye Bi-Beam automatic LED headlights with auto high beam assist and L-Shaped LED daytime running lamps. Front grille is all-new and nothing we have ever seen on any LEXUS models before now these iconic L-shaped grille are getting familiar with every modern LEXUS model and there are many L-Shaped elements seen on these modern Lexus models. Front bumpers are redesigned with aggressive styling featuring on the either side highlighted with the chrome elements. Side profile is unmistakably LEXUS with smooth surface and sharp contours dividing the upper and lower half of the car. The side window surrounds looks like a sharp eyeliner which is decorated with chrome elements. Keyless entry and electrically adjustable outside rear view mirror with heated and memory function along with integrated LED indicators. Lexus ES 300h Luxury is sitting on 18-inch multi-spoke medium grey-finished aluminium wheels wrapped in 35/45 R18 rubbers at all-four corners. Ventilated disc brakes are doing the braking duties at each corner. Rear profile features a subtle boot lid spoiler, it is a power operated boot lid which hides 450-litres luggage space with not so high loading lip. Wrapped around LED split tail lights comes with integrated LED fog lamps with a chrome strip throughout the boot lid. Rear bumper features a parking sensor, a pair of reflectors, chrome visible exhaust tips with blacked out section in the lower bumper area.
