    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieving the sales targets set by the management and making sure the revenue for each month is achieved.
    • Attending the showroom and corporate client walk-ins as per the sales process (Queries allocations by CRM / Front office Coordinator).
    • Reviewing one’s own performance and being highly motivated to excel.
    • Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow up calls.
    • Listening to the customer requirements and presenting an appropriate and customised sales plan to them.
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Calling & arranging meetings with potential customers – if required, going outside the premise of showroom for meetings.
    • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
    • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
    • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales as per the standards of Automobile Industry.
    • Gathering market and customer information and staying updated about latest market trends.
    • Representing BBT Brand at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
    • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
    • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
    • Checking & validating the stock present in showroom and online.
    • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations. Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
    • Attending Team meeting /Sales reviews / MRM and sharing best practices with colleagues.

    Required Skills

    • MBA – Sales & Marketing preferred.
    • Min. of 5-8 years of strong Sales experience in any Industry.
    • Should be a confident and self-motivated female as well as a car enthusiast.
